By using BulkDL, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for lawful public TikTok content. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

BulkDL is intended only for publicly available TikTok content. It is not designed to access private accounts, restricted posts, paywalled material, age-gated material, or any content protected by access controls.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the links you submit, the files you download, and any later use, storage, editing, reposting, publication, or commercial use of that material. You must comply with copyright law, creator rights, platform rules, and all applicable local laws.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use BulkDL to process private or restricted content, copy or redistribute content without authorization, run large-scale abuse or automated attacks, resell the parsing service, infringe copyright or trademarks, impersonate others, submit malicious URLs or payloads, bypass access controls, or build unauthorized mirrors of third-party content libraries.
7. Intellectual Property
The BulkDL website, interface, branding, original copy, design, and software are owned by BulkDL or its licensors. Using the service does not transfer ownership of the site, code, or any third-party content returned through supported public links.
8. Third-Party Platforms and Services
BulkDL depends on TikTok availability, hosting infrastructure, analytics services, and configured parsing providers. Those services may change, fail, block requests, or impose their own rules without notice, which can affect results.
9. Service Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features, formats, and returned quality can vary by source, by post, and over time. BulkDL may modify, pause, or discontinue part of the service without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulkDL and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or third-party claims arising from your use of the service.
14. Copyright Complaints
If you believe a BulkDL result, page, or workflow affects your rights, send a complaint to [email protected] with the copyrighted work description, the original source URL, the TikTok URL involved, the relevant BulkDL page URL, proof of ownership or authorization, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement, and your electronic signature.
