Copyright Policy

BulkDL is intended for public TikTok content workflows. Respect creator rights and use downloaded content only when you have the right to do so.

1. Copyright Policy

BulkDL respects copyright, trademark, and related rights. Downloading or viewing a public file through BulkDL does not transfer ownership, license, or reuse rights in that content.

2. Authorized Use

Use BulkDL only for content that you own, manage, or are otherwise authorized to use. Public availability on TikTok does not by itself grant permission for republication, commercial use, or redistribution.

3. Information Required in a Copyright Complaint

A complaint should contain enough detail for BulkDL to identify the material, confirm the request, and evaluate whether action is appropriate. Incomplete complaints may require follow-up before review can continue.

4. Identification of the Copyrighted Work

Describe the copyrighted work you claim has been affected. Include the title, creator name, original publication context, and any other details needed to identify the work accurately.

5. Exact TikTok URL

Provide the exact public TikTok URL or URLs involved in the complaint so the relevant content can be located and reviewed.

6. Relevant BulkDL Page or Tool

Include the exact BulkDL page URL, result page, or tool URL where you encountered the issue so the request can be matched to the correct workflow.

7. Proof of Ownership or Authorization

Provide proof that you own the rights in the work or that you are authorized to act for the rights holder. This can include an original source URL, rights statement, portfolio page, or other supporting documentation.

8. Good-Faith Statement

State that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.

9. Accuracy Statement

State that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.

10. Electronic Signature

Include your full legal name as an electronic signature at the end of the complaint. BulkDL may request additional confirmation when identity or authority is unclear.

11. How BulkDL Reviews a Request

BulkDL reviews complaints manually. Review may include checking the cited TikTok URL, the cited BulkDL page, the rights information provided, and whether the complaint clearly identifies a public-content workflow that can be acted upon.

12. Response and Removal Process

If a complaint is sufficiently clear and supported, BulkDL may restrict access to the identified page, tool result, or related workflow, request more information, or determine that no action is appropriate based on the information provided.

13. Misrepresentation and False Complaints

Knowingly false, misleading, abusive, or retaliatory complaints may be rejected. BulkDL reserves the right to keep records of abusive reporting behavior and to limit future submissions from repeat abusers.

14. Repeat Abuse

BulkDL may restrict or block use of the service by parties who repeatedly submit abusive links, repeated infringement-related misuse, or repeated false reporting requests.

15. Contact Information

Send copyright complaints to [email protected]. Include your full name, email address, copyrighted work description, original content URL, TikTok URL, relevant BulkDL URL, proof of ownership or authorization, good-faith statement, accuracy statement, and electronic signature.
